Andrew DeBaker

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew DeBaker has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company Since April 2024. Mr. DeBaker previously served as the Company’s VP of Accounting and Finance and other roles from November 2020. Prior to his time with IDW, he served as a Business Unit Financial Controller at Pulse Electronics, as well as notable roles at Caterpillar Global Mining, Young Broadcasting, and Integry Energy Group. Mr. DeBaker earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Stern Business School of New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed with the State of New York
