LOS ANGELES, CA and NEWARK, NJ – June 5, 2024: IDW Media Holdings, Inc., (the “Company” or “IDW”) (OTCQB: IDWM), an integrated media company, announced that the deadline for submitting subscriptions in the initial round of the previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of shares of the Company’s Class B Common Stock to certain existing stockholders is being extended to June 10, 2024.
The closing of the initial round remains scheduled for June 12, 2024, as previously announced. The extended deadline will provide existing stockholders with additional time to submit their subscriptions and participate in the offering at a price of $0.32 per share.
