Our friends at The New York Times recently swung by the San Diego Comic Art Gallery here at Liberty Station and published a piece about the experience. Currently on exhibit is Jack Kirby’s “Lord of Light” show which is spotlighted in the piece, as is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman’s studio with an assortment of memorabilia on display. Both Eastman and IDW’s CEO and publisher Ted Adams spoke to the Times about what the gallery offers, with Adams stating, “we wanted a place year-round where people could celebrate comic art.”
